1. Who we are

This Privacy Notice explains how Ecomverge LLC(“Ecomverge”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use Winbrio, our AI client acquisition platform. Ecomverge LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this Notice. You can reach us at support@winbrio.app.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and login credentials when you create a Winbrio account.
• Content you create — the briefs, prompts, client details and other information you enter, and the proposals, outreach messages, follow-ups and invoices generated for you.
• Client data — the names and email addresses of clients you invite to your shared portal.
• Usage and device data — information about how you use the Service, plus IP address and device identifiers, used for security and product improvement.
• Support communications — messages you send us when requesting help.

Payment card data is collected directly by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record and is not described here; see Paddle’s privacy policy for how they handle it.

3. How we use your data and why

• Providing the Service — creating your account, generating content, running your shared client portal. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Subscription management — tracking your plan, trial and usage allowances; sending service emails such as signup confirmations, payment confirmations and account change notices. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Security and fraud prevention — protecting accounts, enforcing usage limits, preventing abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure.
• Product improvement — understanding aggregate usage patterns to improve the Service. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
• Customer support — responding to your requests. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Legal compliance — keeping records required by law. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers — companies that host our infrastructure, deliver email, and support authentication and analytics, acting under contract on our instructions.
• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing for our orders.
• Professional advisers — lawyers and accountants, where needed.
• Authorities — where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

We never sell your personal data.

5. International data transfers

Your data may be processed outside your home country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where personal data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision for the destination country.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your account and content data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we keep your data for a limited window so you can reactivate, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. Security and billing records are kept for the periods required by applicable law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, obtain a portable copy, and withdraw consent. If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email support@winbrio.app; we respond within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and role-based permissions in our application and infrastructure.

9. Cookies

Winbrio uses a small number of essential cookies that keep you signed in and keep the Service secure. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this Notice and ask for your consent where required.

10. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date, and notify you of significant changes.
